Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and business insights.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python, SQL, Hive, or Spark.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports in Looker (required) and Power BI (good to have).
- Conduct A/B test experimentation to evaluate business or product changes.
- Apply statistical methods and machine-learning concepts to support decision-making.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts/data scientists.





Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with distributed data technologies (Hive, Spark).
- Strong understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Proven experience with Looker reporting (mandatory).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
