We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Functional Consultant to act as the functional SME for Finance and Project Management & Accounting (PMA) modules. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, best-practice D365 solutions, support business transformation initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.

The position is open for Mumbai, Gurugram and Pune Location

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the functional SME for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Bridge business stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver effective solutions.
- Manage change requests, enhancements, integrations, ISV implementations, legal entity rollouts, testing, and production support.
- Review and validate functional designs to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and business objectives.
- Lead UAT activities and support SIT, deployments, and hypercare.
- Support D365 security, compliance, licensing governance, and process standardization.

Required Experience & Skills

- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Minimum 2-3 end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation projects
- Experience supporting ERP enhancements, business transformation initiatives, and production support
- Experience working with system integrators, implementation partners, and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting integration projects, ISV implementations, and legal entity rollouts
- Deep expertise in Project Management & Accounting (PMA)
- Robust understanding of core Finance processes within D365 F&O;
- Experience in cross-functional business processes, integrations, ISV solutions, and multi-entity environments
