Role Summary The Truck Partner Enablement Consultant supports the end-to-end onboarding and enablement of external partners by coordinating access requirements, aligning with internal technology teams, and managing structured workflows. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical concepts, and the ability to drive clarity across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track ongoing Business Partner-related activities and access related requirements.
- Provide consulting and stakeholder support through structured communication and guidance.
- Provide guidance on virtual desktop solution options and escalate technical queries to the right teams.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, service providers,



and business stakeholders ensuring timely delivery of requirements.
- Maintain governance dashboards, status summaries, access requirements, and lifecycle changes.
- Ensure accurate documentation of project details, access requirements, and lifecycle changes.

Key Competencies

- Solid stakeholder communication skills for business partner-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools for coordination and documentation.
- Working knowledge of virtual desktop or remote workspace solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Confluence.
- Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Requests, Change) and tools.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving access management, or platform teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
- Experience with CRM systems and business analysis tools is an advantage.
