Position Summary

Level: Consultant

As a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

- Work with technical team and management stakeholders to understand the requirements for AI/ML and scalable end-to-end AI/Gen AI solutions
- Participate and contribute to the creation of proofs of concept as part of pursuit / sales cycles.
- Apply the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI to build, test, and validate predictive models.
- Create algorithms and develop automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation.
- Identify the data, technology and other requirements for implementing AI/ML models to solve problems.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, user guides, and training materials.

The Team: Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.

Qualifications:

Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML technologies, including NLP, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python (preferred), C++, Java, as well as database technologies.
- Hands on experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, alongside GenAI frameworks such as OpenAI and LangChain.




- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions with closed and open-source large language models like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.
- Practical expertise in building RAG and GraphRAG-based solutions, utilizing vector databases such as Milvus, Quadrant, FAISS, and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, A2A, AutoGen, and Pydantic, supporting advanced AI agent development (a strong plus).
- Skilled in creating and deploying scalable solutions using major cloud platforms and services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiartiy with Agile development practices utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Robust presentation and communication skills.

Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:

- Experience in large-scale, hands-on deep learning model training, ensuring robust and scalable AI solutions.
- Familiarity with big data platforms and front-end technologies—an advantage for developing end-to-end, user-centric applications.
- Good understanding of DevOps and MLOps best practices, facilitating seamless integration, deployment, and management of machine learning workflows.
- Hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to accelerate and validate project delivery.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as RESTful API development for scalable integrations.
- Proficiency in Linux environments (including shell scripting), alongside experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases and expertise in version control systems like Git, GitLab, and Perforce.
- Comprehensive understanding of machine learning best practices and proven ability to thrive in agile, collaborative team settings.
