Role Description The Customised Travel Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves designing tailored itineraries for individual and corporate clients, including medical, leisure, and business travel, aligned with client preferences and budgets. The specialist will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, coordinate with international and domestic partners, and ensure seamless execution of bookings, documentation, and logistics.

Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, offering travel recommendations,



and providing proactive updates before, during, and after trips. The role also involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and contributing ideas to improve travel products and client experiences.

Qualifications

- Applicant should possess strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including itinerary planning, bookings, and coordination.
- Applicant should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and partners.
- Applicant should possess experience in Business Travel planning, including corporate trips, events, and international travel logistics.
- 2 years minimum experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry, ideally in customized or international travel solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple client requirements, and handle time-sensitive requests with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, MS Office, and basic documentation for international travel; knowledge of medical or corporate travel is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
