Flexiple has partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company to build out its founding India customer support pod. You would be one of the first support hires in the country, shaping how the company talks to customers as the product scales quick. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle inbound product queries across chat and email, troubleshoot issues end to end, and help set the support playbook for a fast-moving product.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

- Respond to product queries over chat, email, and in-app messaging within SLA
- Troubleshoot issues and reproduce bugs before escalating to engineering
- Track resolution times and flag recurring issues to the product team

Process & Knowledge Base

- Build and maintain a growing help-center and internal knowledge base




- Partner with product and engineering on release notes and known-issue updates

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 4 years in customer support, technical support, or a SaaS help-desk role
- Comfort working with ambiguity and a fast-changing product
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
- Curiosity to learn a technical product quickly

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting a B2B SaaS or developer-facing product
- Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
