Support Executive – Multi-Lingual |
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–4 Years
Languages: English & Hindi (Fluent) + Telugu/Tamil (Mandatory). Marathi/Malayalam is an advantage.
Role: Handle customer calls, emails & chats, resolve queries, manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirement: Graduate with excellent communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills. Basic CRM/MS Office knowledge preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
