About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers and professionals, responding to queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout their engagement with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through email, WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding certifications, programs, registration, examinations, and related processes.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist customers throughout the registration, enrollment, and certification process.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure professional, courteous, and timely communication with customers.
- Support customer engagement and contribute to a positive overall customer experience.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, operations, or a related role.




- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
