Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

- Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week (Rotational off) | Shifts: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Eligibility: Freshers to 1 year of experience (12th Pass / Graduates)

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to handle inbound queries and outbound customer outreach.
- High stability and strong commitment to a full time office setup.

Compensation: ₹28,000 + Variable incentives Interview Process (Walk-in)

- Round 1: HR Screening (Communication, Stability, Eligibility)
- Round 2: Department Manager Round
- Round 3: QA Department Round (F2F or Virtual)

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
