Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Sector 68, Mohali

Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Salary: 15k to 25k

Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, confident Customer Support Executive to become an expert on our EdTech platform, GoEdukify.

This is not a target-based sales role.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Help Edukify clients use the platform smoothly.

- 1. Reply to queries on call, chat and email.

- 1. Guide setup of logo, courses, sign-up and payments.

- 1. Solve easy issues; escalate technical ones to the tech team.

- 1. Comfortable using apps/software (product training given).

- 1. Clear, polite communication and patience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
