Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via voice calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined TAT.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, Quality, and Productivity targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Neutral accent and strong listening skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.




- Ability to handle customer objections and difficult situations professionally.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.

- Graduate/Undergraduate (as per company requirements).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in BPO/Customer Service/International Voice Process is an added advantage.
