- Handle Customer queries via phone call, emails and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in Customer Service / BPO.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Customer handling experience preferred.
