Role Description The Customer Support Associate is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, supporting clients throughout their real estate journey. In this role, the associate will respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings, providing clear information about properties, site visits, and advisory services. Daily responsibilities include managing client follow-ups, updating CRM or internal records, coordinating with sales advisors and developer partners, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to post-transaction support.





The associate will handle basic issue resolution, guide clients on documentation and process steps, and escalate complex matters to senior team members when needed. This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

- Candidates should possess experience in enhancing Customer Experience, including empathetic communication and proactive problem-solving.

- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as lead nurturing, basic consultative selling, and coordination with the advisory team.

- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn processes quickly and support knowledge-sharing within the team.

- Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages, proficiency with office software and CRM tools, strong organizational and time-management abilities, prior experience in real estate or client-facing roles, and at least a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
