WE’RE HIRING | Customer Success Executive – Freshers

Champions Group is looking for enthusiastic Freshers / 0–1 Year candidates from Marketing & Sales backgrounds to join our Customer Success team.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year

Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Work Mode: Onsite | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

Communicate professionally with global clients through email and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Track customer requests and pending actions until closure.

Prepare professional customer emails, updates, and responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.





Support clients across different regions and time zones.

What We’re Looking For

Freshers / 0–1 year experience from Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related backgrounds.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good email writing and professional communication.

Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Positive attention to detail and problem-solving approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working in a night shift and supporting global clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
