About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to lead post-sales implementation and adoption of Bandhoo's software platforms for Real Estate & Construction clients. You'll own client relationships end-to-end — onboarding, retention, account growth, and issue resolution — working closely with Operations, Support, Product, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Onboard recent clients and drive smooth product adoption
- Monitor client usage, satisfaction, and account health; flag risks and opportunities early
- Resolve client issues and escalations by coordinating across internal teams
- Run regular client check-ins and business reviews
- Support renewal discussions and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales
- Track account metrics (retention, CSAT, NPS, renewal rates)
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction history
- Build account plans and success strategies tailored to client needs

Requirements




- 1–5 years of experience in Software, Real Estate & Construction, Client Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Success
- Experience in the Real Estate & Construction sector preferred
- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with ERP tools and software platforms
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination

Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP tools (e.g., SAP), construction software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CostX, Candy), or Procure-to-Pay platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba)
- MS PowerPoint for client presentations and business reviews
- BE/B. Tech (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or B.Arch, BCA/MCA, or BBA/MBA
- Relevant industry or software certifications
