nRole Summary

nWe are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full time, on-site position focused on providing high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner
n
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
n
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
n
- Support the team in improving customer service processes and service quality
n
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

nRequired Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
n
- Patient, positive, and detail-oriented attitude
n
- Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
n
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

nSalary & Benefits

- CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month
n
- Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
