Experience: 1–5 Years of Clinical Experience

Qualification: MBBS / BHMS

Age: Up to 36 Years

Shift: General / Rotational Week Offs

Key Responsibilities

- Provide medical guidance and resolve customer health-related queries
- Review medical reports, prescriptions & diagnostic findings
- Guide customers on treatment options and specialist referrals
- Coordinate with Claims, Customer Support & Medical Underwriting teams
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and confidentiality
- Handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism

Candidate Profile: MBBS/BHMS Doctors with 1–5 years of clinical experience with robust communication skills and an interest in telemedicine, clinical support or healthcare customer interaction.
