? Role: Customer Service Associate

? Location: Mohali, Punjab

? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

? Type: Full time | Freshers Welcome

What You'll Do

- Assist website visitors in real-time and help them place orders
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, chat, and other online platforms
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
- Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience from start to finish
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams when needed
- Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems





What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp, MS Office, or e-commerce platforms
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

(Training will be provided — no prior experience required)
