Job Timing :- 04:30 PM to 01:30 AM Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain qualified and effective communication with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare and maintain customer service reports and MIS.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other customer service and administrative activities as required.
