Role overview

Sajtech Services LLP is hiring Medical Billing Associates to follow up on outstanding US medical claims, investigate denials, and help resolve claims for payment.

Key responsibilities

- Call US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims.
- Review accounts receivable and identify pending, rejected, or denied claims.
- Analyse denial reasons and take the appropriate follow-up action.




- Obtain accurate claim status and payment information during outbound calls.
- Record call outcomes, denial reasons, payment details, and next steps.
- Coordinate claim corrections or resubmissions when required.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
- Keep healthcare and billing information confidential.

Candidate requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in medical billing, AR calling, or denial management. Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confidence in handling a voice process and US insurance follow-up calls.
- Willingness to work from the Rajarhat office on a fixed night shift.
- Positive computer, typing, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management is an advantage.
