Role & responsibilities -

1. Market Survey & Client Acquisition

- Conduct field and village surveys to identify recent operational areas based on local demographics. [1]
- Promote microfinance loan products to eligible low-income households and women entrepreneurs. [1, 2]
- Form and cultivate Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) or Self-Help Groups (SHGs) consisting of credit-worthy members. [1, 2]

2. Loan Sourcing & Pre-Disbursement Processing

- Organize Continuous Group Training (CGT) sessions to educate clients on loan terms, interest rates, and repayment ethics. [1]
- Conduct Client Point Verification (CPV) via mandatory household and business visits to evaluate cash flow and eligibility. [1, 2]
- Collect authentic KYC documents (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)



and complete error-free loan applications. [1]

3. Center Meetings & Collections

- Conduct mandatory early morning Center Meetings according to strict schedules. [1]
- Collect routine EMI installments directly from group leaders or members during meetings. [1]
- Maintain 100% accuracy in cash collection and deposit the total funds at the base branch daily before deadline times. [1]

4. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management

- Maintain zero-delinquency standards by monitoring regular loan repayment track records.
- Conduct follow-up visits with overdue or defaulting borrowers using ethical recovery practices.
- Adhere strictly to RBI guidelines and internal code-of-conduct norms to eliminate customer over-indebtedness
