We are looking for a customer-focused professional to manage client inquiries, coordinate with sales and operations, track requests, handle follow-ups, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Customer service/client-handling experience preferred
- Good follow-up, coordination and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of email, Excel/spreadsheets, PPTs
- Advertising/media experience is an advantage
- Graduate in any field
