Follow up with customers and provide regular updates. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a smooth customer experience. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valuable Punjabi and English communication. Customer-focused and positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management is preferred.
