Roles & responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding including KYC, FATCA, nomination, bank mandates, Demat/trading account opening, and compliance follow-up.
- Transaction Processing: Execute and track mutual fund transactions (purchases, redemptions, switches, SIP registrations, mandates) and resolve failed/rejected cases.
- Client Query Handling: Respond to client requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp with accurate, plain-language answers on statements, folios, SIP dates, redemptions, and tax reports.
- Coordination: Liaise with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS, KFintech), and Kotak Neo broking desk to close exceptions and pending cases.
- Record Management: Maintain clean, current, and audit-ready client records in the CRM system.
- Reporting Support: Prepare portfolio statements and review packs using Aurevias AI-assisted reporting tools.
- Compliance Monitoring: Flag irregularities promptly to ensure regulatory adherence and operational integrity.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 35 years in mutual fund or broking operations, RTA/AMC service desks, or distributor back offices.
- Knowledge: Robust understanding of mutual funds, stocks, NAV, SIP/STP mechanics, settlement cycles, and Demat basics.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on familiarity with CAMS, KFintech, MFU platforms; proficiency in Excel.
- Certifications: NISM Series V-A (mandatory within 90 days of joining, with employer support).
- Languages: Fluent in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
- Attributes: Accuracy under pressure, persistence in closing cases, integrity, and a clean regulatory record.
- Growth Potential: Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to evolve into a service/operations lead role as Aurevia scales.
