Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Customer Service Executive (CSE) to handle customer interactions, branch-level service activities, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers visiting the branch and provide timely assistance.
- Handle customer queries related to loans, chits, repayments, accounts, and other financial services.
- Receive and verify customer documents and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with customers for pending documents, payments, and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the system.
- Assist the branch team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate with the Collection, Sales, and Branch teams for customer-related matters.




- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and documentation when required.
- Ensure professional and courteous customer service at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility:

- Minimum Plus Two / Graduation; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Local candidates with positive knowledge of the branch area will be preferred.
