Role Description The Customer Service Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. In this position, the individual will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about Lamina’s products, services, and wellness initiatives. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, maintaining records of interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up to support customer satisfaction.





The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address escalated concerns, processing orders, and assisting with basic administrative tasks related to customer accounts.

Assistant will also contribute feedback on recurring customer needs and help improve service processes in line with Lamina’s mission of promoting awareness and healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Candidates should possess abilities focused on Customer Satisfaction and relationship building.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with email, CRM tools, or call management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or retail, is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is beneficial.
- Comfortable working on-site in Kolkata and available for full time schedules.
