Role Description The Customer Sales Executive (CSE) is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The CSE will call and assist customers in the store, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable jewellery pieces that align with their style, budget, and occasion. Typical responsibilities include explaining product features and certifications, handling inquiries, managing billing and order processing, and ensuring accurate inventory updates.

The CSE will also follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships, support online customer experience,visual merchandising,



and collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires consistent, qualified communication and a strong focus on delivering a memorable and ethical luxury buying experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in retail or luxury product sales.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, confident presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, or fashion retail; familiarity with lab-grown diamonds is an added advantage.
- Comfort with POS systems, billing software, and maintaining accurate records and inventory data.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, including weekends and peak festive or wedding seasons as required.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling payments, and commitment to ethical selling practices.
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent retail experience.
