Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally. Handle inbound and outbound calls as required.
Requirements Positive verbal and written communication skills. Good typing and email/chat-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge. Customer service and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a blended process and day-rotation shifts . Immediate joiners preferred.
