About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The role involves interacting with students, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and supporting course admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and respond to student enquiries.
- Make follow-up calls to interested students.
- Explain courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable course guidance.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Maintain daily follow-up and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the training team for student requirements.
- Participate in seminars, college visits, and promotional activities.




- Maintain a positive relationship with students and customers.

Candidate Profile
- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students over phone and in person.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer service experience is an advantage.
