We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with experience in the automobile industry to manage customer communication and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer phone calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle service, repair work, job status, and delivery updates.
- Explain service estimates, repair costs, and additional work requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams to get accurate updates on vehicle work.
- Follow up with customers for approval of estimates and additional repairs.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication and service updates.
- Handle customer queries and complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
