Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management for "Power Electronics" related products in industries/markets such as UPS, lighting, medical, security systems, solar, etc.

The candidate

1. Will be allotted a territory with a good customer base to manage and develop.
2. Will have to interact with existing customers (on phone and personal visits) and guide them on product selection and usage based on technical parameters.
3. Will ensure proper coordination and execution of customer orders.
4. Will ensure timely follow-up for payments and resolution of technical issues.
5. Will be required to support marketing activities of the company like exhibitions, online promotions, etc.
6. Will be directly responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Will be given customer engagement and sales growth targets compared to the previous year.
8. Will be required to travel within India to meet customers with pre-arranged appointments.





Candidate will enhance technical knowledge and communication skills. Candidate would be provided with necessary training

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must be

1. Diploma/ BE/ B.tech or BMS/BBA (Any Specialization)
2. Technical Knowledge in Power Electronics would be considered as an added advantage

3. Excellent in communication (English)

4. Interested to Learn

5. Interested in B2B Sales
6. Must be residing in Mumbai, preferably between Andheri and Borivali.
7. Should have knowledge of Computer Operations (MS-Office)
8. Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice would be preferred.
9. Open to Travel within India 1-2 days per week
