Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer communication, regular follow-ups, payment coordination, material and dispatch updates, documentation, and customer queries while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

Maintain regular communication and daily follow-ups with customers regarding orders, services, payments, and deliveries.

Follow up on pending payments and payment commitments in coordination with the Accounts team.

Provide timely updates on material availability, dispatch, delivery, and receipt status.

Coordinate with customers requirements for required documents, MTC (Mill Test Certificate), and quality-related requirements.

Follow up with customers after dispatch to confirm material receipt and delivery status.

Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback, and service-related concerns.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality issues and rejected material cases.





Maintain proper records of customer communication, payments, orders, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the Accounts team for material dispatch and return related documents including Debit Notes and Credit Notes.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.

Qualification Required

- Bachelor’s degree in any Field .
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Client Coordination, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
