Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager – Cattle Feed

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Any Degree / MBA – Marketing preferred

Job Purpose To maintain good relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and customers, understand their requirements, support sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain regular contact with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
2. Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
3. Follow up on customer requirements, orders, and deliveries.
4. Collect customer feedback on cattle feed products and services.
5. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
7. Identify new customers and business opportunities.

Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams based on customer requirements.
9. Maintain customer details, follow-up records, and sales reports.
10. Support the sales team in achieving customer retention and sales targets.
11. Monitor market feedback and competitor activities.
12. Conduct regular customer visits when required.

Required Skills
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Customer handling and follow-up skills.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
4. Good convincing and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
6. Willingness to travel for customer/dealer visits.

8. Experience in cattle feed, dairy, animal nutrition, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
9. Knowledge of the local market and dealer/farmer network is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
