Job Title: Product Sales & Client Relationship Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused qualified to drive product sales, manage client onboarding, and ensure seamless support throughout the client lifecycle. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, offer effective product solutions, and maintain long-term relationships while contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Identify, engage, and convert potential leads for product sales.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects effectively.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales pitches and proposals.

Client Onboarding & Coordination

- Guide new clients through onboarding, setup, and product activation.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth handover between teams.
- Provide training or walkthroughs to help clients maximize product usage.

Client Support & Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, issues, and escalations.




- Coordinate with technical/support teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Build strong relationships and encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities.

Product Knowledge & Market Insights

- Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends.
- Share client feedback with product and management teams for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain detailed records of conversations, conversions, and support interactions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or customer success roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
