Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls, customer interactions & telecalling.
- Manage magazine subscriptions, renewals & customer follow-ups.
- Invite delegates and support conference/event registrations.
- Generate leads and promote H2O Bazaar packages.
- Use Zoho applications for customer management and reporting.
- Ensure timely service delivery and track magazine dispatches.

Requirements

- Positive communication & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Telecalling / Voice Process / Customer Relationship / Inside Sales / B2B Sales preferred.
