We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build solid relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business for our retail company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-store interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintain engagement.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback and service issues professionally.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Sales, Store Operations and other teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare CRM/MIS reports.
- Support promotional campaigns, customer events and loyalty programmes.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-management abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.




- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
- Good knowledge of CRM/ERP, MS Excel and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to maintain customer records and prepare reports.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in Retail / Customer Relationship / Sales / Front Office will be preferred.
