Role Description The Customer Relationship Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The intern will assist in managing client interactions, responding to inquiries, and supporting customers throughout the immigration process. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate client records, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on all communication.

The intern will also help gather and organize client feedback, contribute to improving customer service processes,



and support the promotion of DMC Immigration’s services. This role is ideal for individuals interested in developing skills in client relationship management within the immigration consultancy sector.

- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Customer Satisfaction focus to understand client needs, ensure quality service delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement of client experience.
- Solid Communication skills for clear, professional verbal and written interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback, identify service gaps, and assist in optimizing customer relationship processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ongoing or completed education in business, communications, management, or a related field is preferred.
