Warrgyiz Morsch Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have fluent English, excellent communication skills, and a professional approach to handling customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding queries, services, and ongoing requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and communicate relevant information to the concerned teams.




- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and relationship management goals.

Requirements
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer relationship, customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and qualified communication style.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle queries patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple customer interactions.
