Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and processes.
