Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and customers to pitch products or services.

- Answer incoming queries from prospective customers and provide accurate product/service details.

- Qualify potential leads and schedule sales meetings or demonstrations for the account managers.

- Maintain a database of client interactions, follow-up status, and call logs in the CRM system.

- Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets and conversion quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- High school diploma, higher secondary, or a Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Representative, or Sales Executive preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.

- Familiarity with basic computer tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or Excel).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
