As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated with the latest product and service information to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate potential customer risks or concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to improve our offerings.




- Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic knowledge of BFSI products and services is preferred.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
