Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits, meetings and customer appointments.
- Follow up on bookings, payments, documentation and other customer requirements.
- Maintain updated customer records and CRM information.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts and Project teams to resolve customer queries.
- Keep customers informed about project progress, developments and key updates.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and post-booking process.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and prepare customer reports.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer, MS Office and CRM skills.
- Real estate experience will be an advantage.
