Role Description The Customer Engagement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lokhandwala, Mumbai, working with one of PurpleCode's clients in the jewellery industry. This role focuses on connecting with customers, sharing new collections and offers, and building lasting relationships that keep customers engaged with the brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to existing and prospective customers, inviting them to visit the showroom,



and creating warm, memorable conversations that reflect the brand's premium positioning.

Executive plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships and being part of a prestigious, trusted brand experience.

Qualifications

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in customer engagement, telecalling, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers, over calls and in person
- Comfortable making outbound calls to share new collections, offers, and showroom invitations
- Pleasant, qualified communication style suited to a premium retail/jewellery brand
- Ability to work on-site in Lokhandwala, Mumbai
- Prior experience in retail, jewellery, or luxury customer service is an advantage
