We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries, issues, and feedback are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer questions via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory solutions and maintaining high retention rates.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions, support requests, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing them with relevant internal teams to help improve products and services.





Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related support role (freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or helpdesk tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
