Role Overview

As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle queries with empathy and precision, follow defined processes carefully, and make sure every caller feels heard and helped.

Key Responsibilities

Care & Resolution

- Respond to queries across phone, email, and chat with empathy and clarity
- Follow defined processes and scripts accurately and consistently
- Resolve or route each query and follow up until it is closed

Compliance & Records

- Maintain accurate, compliant records of every interaction




- Escalate sensitive cases promptly and to the right team

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 5 years in customer care, support, or a contact-centre role
- Excellent written and spoken English with a calm, caring manner
- Strong attention to detail and respect for process and confidentiality
- A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with support tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or a regulated industry
- Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools
- Comfort working to compliance and quality standards
