Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with current account holders to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of trade and forex products.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire high net worth individual (HNI) clients.

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.

- Develop robust portfolio management skills to maximize revenue growth from existing accounts.

- Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
