Curriculum Development Intern – Resin & Origami

Qualification : Students and recent graduates from Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Design, Product Design, Architecture, Education, Craft, Visual Communication or related fields are encouraged to apply. Experience: 0–2 years | Freshers welcome | Final-year students welcome

Role: We are looking for a creative, hands-on and detail-oriented Curriculum Development Intern to support the development of two craft-based learning modules for middle-school students: Resin Art & Design and Origami & Paper Engineering.

The intern will research ideas, develop and test student projects, create lesson plans, and document processes and visual resources. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making, experimenting, designing and turning creative ideas into engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum & Project Development

● Research and develop age-appropriate Resin and Origami projects for Grades 6–8. ● Create structured lesson plans with objectives, skills, materials, process, design challenges, reflection and assessment.

● Develop a progression from basic to advanced skills.

1. Hands-on Prototyping

● Create and test project prototypes. ● Check feasibility, timing, material requirements, strength and usability.

● Modify projects based on testing and document improvements.

1. Resin & Origami Development

● Explore resin techniques such as moulding, casting, layering, colours, textures and inclusions, with appropriate safety practices. ● Develop Origami projects involving folding, modular forms, tessellation, geometry and paper structures.





● Connect projects with design, architecture, engineering and problem-solving.

1. Documentation & Visual Resources

● Create clear step-by-step instructions and process documentation. ● Prepare visual references, diagrams and teacher-aid materials.

● Maintain project files, material lists and curriculum trackers using Excel/Google Sheets.

Required Skills

● Strong interest and ability in art, craft, design or making.

● Creativity and ability to generate project ideas.

● Good research, communication and documentation skills.

● Attention to detail and willingness to prototype and experiment.

● Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

● Safety-conscious approach to materials.

Good to Have

● Experience with Resin Art or Origami.

● Knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools.

● Background in Fine Arts, Design, Architecture, Product Design, Education or Craft.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
