Department: Curriculum Development – STEM & Robotics

Your Role

As a Curriculum Development Manager, you’ll lead the design and development of STEMbotix’s STEM curriculum for students from LKG to Grade XII. You’ll manage the curriculum team, collaborate with product and training teams, and turn technical concepts into engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end design and development of STEM curriculum across LKG–XII.
- Align curriculum with NEP 2020, CBSE/State Board standards, and global STEM benchmarks.
- Develop and review lesson plans, workbooks, teacher guides, assessments, and hands-on projects.
- Collaborate with product and training teams to develop activity kits and physical learning materials.
- Ensure technical accuracy, age-appropriate content, and clear progression across grade levels.
- Review and update curriculum based on coach feedback, classroom observations, and student outcomes.
- Manage curriculum developers, content writers, and subject-matter experts.
- Track development timelines, content quality, and revision cycles.
- Present curriculum quality metrics, revision roadmaps, and learning-impact data to senior leadership.
- Submit work updates through SumHR or the assigned project management tool.

What We’re Looking For

- Passion for STEM education, hands-on learning, and innovation.
- Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills.
- Technical understanding of robotics, coding, electronics, AI,



and related STEM concepts.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for different age groups.
- Strong team leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail in content review, documentation, and quality assurance.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in STEM education, EdTech, robotics education, or a similar education field.
- Familiarity with NEP 2020 and CBSE/State Board curriculum frameworks.
- Experience with project-based learning, assessment design, and learning-outcome mapping.
- Exposure to Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Scratch, Python, or similar educational platforms.
- Experience developing physical activity kits, digital learning content, or LMS-ready resources.
- Experience supporting or training teachers and STEM coaches.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Computer Science, Education, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in curriculum development, educational content creation, or academic program management.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to review hands-on STEM activities.
- Experience leading a team or coordinating curriculum projects is preferred.
