Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform sterilization processes using autoclave equipment to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of medical instruments.
- Conduct regular inspections of sterilized items to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization procedures, including documentation of test results and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure adherence to established protocols for sterile supply chain management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience as a CSSD Technician or related field (sterile services).
- Diploma in CSSD technician course.
- Robust understanding of sterile techniques, including autoclave operation and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
