CRM – Real Estate Job Title: CRM Executive – Loan Process Industry: Real Estate Location: West Tambaram, Chennai Experience: 1–3 Years in Real Estate / Banking / Loan Processing Gender: Male Only Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer loan enquiries and coordinate the complete loan process. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and loan agents. Collect and verify customer KYC and property-related documents.

Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan requirements. Track loan applications from submission to approval/disbursement. Maintain accurate customer and loan records in the CRM system. Coordinate with the Sales, Legal, and Documentation teams.

Update loan status and customer interactions regularly. Resolve customer queries related to loan processing.



Prepare daily/weekly loan status reports for management.

Required

SkillsGood communication and follow-up skills. Knowledge of home loans and basic banking procedures. CRM/software handling skills. Valuable documentation and coordination ability. Strong customer relationship management. Basic knowledge of real-estate documentation is preferred.
